When do meetups usually happen?
We typically meet twice each month, usually on Saturday evenings near new moon phases. Exact dates and start times are posted in advance on the Meetups page.
What should I bring to a meetup?
Please bring warm layers, a red-light flashlight if you have one, and water. Binoculars are great for beginners, but optional. Club members usually share telescope views.
How does weather affect meetup plans?
Cloud cover, wind, and safety conditions can change plans. If viewing is not possible, we may shift to a short indoor sky-talk or reschedule, and we post updates as soon as decisions are made.
Are beginners welcome?
